* Residents & Students Early bird rate – Condition for benefiting of the reduced rate : University students will need to provide an official document from the university stating that they are enrolled at the time of the EFC congress in the University studies; junior doctors in training will need to provide a signed document from the department chair stating that they are working as a junior doctor at the time of the EFC congress.
* Delegates from Latvia – Condition for benefiting of the reduced rate : you must be resident in Latvia and it is mandatory to enclose an identity document, a scan of your passport or ID card with your residential address, if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us efc.congress@thetriumph.com

Networking Evening
A perfect blend of business and pleasure, on September 20th. Here’s what we have planned:
- 6:00 PM: End of meeting – Time to refresh and unwind.
- 6:30 PM: Gather in the hotel lobby.
- 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM: Enjoy a guided bus tour of Riga, including a special stop to explore one of Riga’s major squares on foot. While you’re out, the hotel will be preparing for the evening’s festivities.
- 7:45 PM: Return to the hotel. Please proceed to Hall 2 via the escalator.
- 7:50 PM: Welcome drinks await you as you enter the hall.
- 8:00 PM: The evening kicks off with a special speech from EFC, celebrating the 25th anniversary on the Omega 2 stage.
- 8:15 PM: Welcome words from the Evening sponsor, Procare, on the Omega 2 stage.
- 8:30 PM: The cocktail reception begins! Savor delicious food and drinks as you mingle with fellow attendees.
- 10:00 PM: End of the evening’s events.

Cancellation Policy :
All cancellations (both for the Congress and for the pre-congress courses) must be notified in writing (by email) to the Registration Department (registration@thetriumph.com) according to the following policy: The cancellation will be accepted until 30/06/2024 before this date the 50% of the amount will be refunded, bank administration fee will not be reimbursed.
No refund will be made for cancellations made after 30/06/2024.
